Admission to Playschool and LKG commence in January 2010. Parents are required to file a registration form, seeking admission. Formal application form will be issued to selected candidates.

First instalment of School Fee mentioned in 4.1 and the Capital Expenditure Fee mentioned in 4.2 of this Prospectus are payable at the time of admission.

Children born between December 2005 and November 2006 only will be eligible for admission to Lower Kindergarten Class. Children born between December 2006 and November 2007 will be eligible for admission to the Playschool. A maximum relaxation of two months is permitted at the discretion of the Principal. No further relaxation in this regard will be made under any circumstances, as it is not in the interest of children, to admit them if they are under-aged. Age relaxation will be granted only if there are vacancies after allotting seats to children born between the cut-off dates given here.

True copy of the date of birth certificate and a recent passport size photograph have to be submitted along with the application for admission to the above classes.

No change in the date of birth will be permitted, once an admission is made. In other words, parents are expected to know that the date of birth entered in the School records will remain the same at all times and is immutable.
